CDM Partnership provided design and supervision duties for mechanical, electrical and public health services, associated with the M65 motorway services amenity building at Darwen.
The amenity building common areas were fully serviced and service connections provided to tenant areas.
Utility services and drainage were provided for the Travelodge Hotel that was constructed as part of the development.
