About CDM

The practice has been operating for 21 years and in its present multi-discipline form for eight years, the last 18 of which have been at our present Dunstable office.

Dunstable is well sited, being close to the M1 and M25 motorways and two major rail links. This has enabled us to undertake projects from the West Country to Wales and the North of England.

We have specialist knowledge of all “in building” services, for example Iighting, power, fire, security, lifts, drainage, all piped services, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, emergency power and building management systems.

Apart from the normal consulting engineers’ role of handling a new project from the client’s initial brief to final handover, we also carry out feasibility studies, surveys and reports, trouble shooting, energy audits and services co-ordination with “on-site” engineers.

It is a policy of the practice that the partners take an active role in every project no matter how small, so clients deal directly with a partner on all matters pertaining to their particular project.
