This project involved the appraisal of an existing VAV air conditioning installation serving 1,350m² of offices and replacement with a new 3 pipe VRV system with above ceiling indoor units and roof mounted external condensers.
The existing central air handling plant and distribution ductwork were re-engineered to provide fresh air to the building.
The contract value was £320,000.00 and CDM Partnership were involved from initial trouble shooting investigation, to the eventual contract procurement and management to completion.
