City Point

The project brief was to identify the source of severe surface water leakage into the basement areas located between the Plaza and pedestrian walkway areas.

Liaising closely with the architect existing channels were replaced and new channels provided as appropriate.

Critical drainage runs were replaced and/or diverted and the drainage systems were sealed in conjunction with the structural alterations and water proofing membrane throughout the affected areas.
